a service that combines trust based credit with private payments, ie: any user can apply for a non-collateralized credit line and if it’s granted, they can then send up to the max amount of free credit to a new, anon wallet of which nobody knows they control it. from there they can then transact anonymously in order to apply for credit you have to show some onchain score, lets say for simplicity your gitcoin passport score
